Summary

Hi! I'm Jimmy and thank you so much for taking the time to view my art and design works.

I am a creative person who feels very lucky to take my skills and use them on a daily basis to help nurture ideas and cultivate them into reality. When creating a design or character concept, it's absolutely essential that I listen and understand the fundamental dream for it. Only then can I begin the process of researching and developing that dream into something real; something that will be a fulfilling creation. I strive to apply my artistic passion and knowledge to any project I'm working and make it the best I can.

I love to push what's expected when it comes to both design and character creation. I'd rather go past the mark, and then pull things back to achieve the best possible result. That being said, I always ensure that the key elements that are important to the design are present. I enjoy the collaboration process and work with others to render final designs that hit all the notes to satisfy the vision for the project.

Also, I work fast. Once I have the brief for a project, I’m able to execute ideas quickly to get them in front of the project lead or client expeditiously. This allows for an effective iteration process, which is paramount to the success of a design.

As for time sensitive projects, I plan my scope accordingly to guarantee benchmarks are satisfied. If the design I'm working on has a deadline, I ensure that it is met!

Some of the recent accomplishments that I am most proud of:
- Conceptualized characters and provided the art for a Youtube gaming channel
- Created characters that represented different parts of a company and used them in a wall mural and for use on social media platforms
- Created animated promotional videos for clients to promote their brand
